March Capital Management is a private equity real estate firm that invests in and develops underutilized real estate assets to maximize their value. Our experienced team focuses primarily on urban markets, and since our inception we have considerably evolved both the size and scope of our projects.
Our strategy encompasses identification of undervalued properties which have the opportunity to revitalize neighborhoods, while simultaneously providing new housing for supply-constrained areas. Our investments range from smaller residential buildings to large, ground-up, multifamily complexes and transit-oriented development.
The management team is laser-focused on product fit for a particular location with a keen eye on design. To accomplish that goal, we implement a meticulous hands-on approach across all stages of the development lifecycle. This involvement begins at due diligence, then moves through acquisition, architectural design, entitlement, permitting, contract negotiation, construction, and property management all the way to the eventual marketing and disposition of the property.
March Capital Management has successfully completed numerous complex projects over the years. It currently has over a dozen active projects throughout the Bay Area with an estimated value of over $300MM.
