Alina is a Project Manager at March Capital Management. In this role, she oversees the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, including due diligence, entitlements, permitting, design coordination, construction oversight, and stabilization of assigned investments. Her experience spans multifamily, student housing, luxury residential, and commercial tenant improvement developments.

Alina brings over six years of experience in real estate development and construction through her work at March Capital, along with prior experience working under a General Contractor. She has developed deep expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and public agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Alina enjoys long-distance running, wine tasting, and discovering new restaurants.
