Mr. Schultz joined MCM in 2022 and is responsible for the sourcing, financing and project management of the firm’s portfolio. Mr. Schultz co-oversees a team of project managers, conducting due diligence, entitlement, permitting and construction. Under Mr. Schultz direction, his team ensures the proper execution of each investment.
Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Schultz held leadership roles managing commercial real estate transactions at institutional advisors, fund operators and developers including BlackRock, Deutsche Bank/RREEF, RealtyShares and Hines. He has been directly responsible for the acquisition and development of more than $5B in industrial, multifamily, office, retail mixed-use and hotel projects during his career.
Mr. Schultz has a B.S. degree from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
