Mr. Nalen joined MCM in 2021 and is responsible for the hands-on management of the due diligence, entitlement, permitting, construction, design & sales and stabilization of any assigned investment project.
Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Nalen worked as a Project Manager for Carmel Partners in Denver, Colorado and Riaz Capital in Oakland, California.
Mr. Nalen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver.
