Mr. Gorence joined MCM in 2021 and is responsible for the hands-on management of the due diligence, entitlement, permitting, construction, design & sales, and stabilization of any assigned investment project.
Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Gorence was a Project Manager for Toll Brothers and a region manager for CBUSA. Mr. Gorence began his career as a naval officer based out of San Diego.
Mr. Gorence holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Naval Academy. Mr. Gorence is a LEED-accredited professional.
